Color wheel using Adobe Illustrator to create design

For this color wheel, the use of light and shade, composition, and design increase the interest within this piece. There is a 3D effect when placing a color next to its shade or a tint next to its color. This adds visual interest. This is an open composition, where the color wheel breaks off the page. The interlocking 'L' shapes create an illusion and trick the eye into not knowing what is going on. This composition could be improved by the addition of more values to the gray values to give it that 3D effect.
