Simultaneous Figure Ground: Fluctuation between the negative and positive space.
Description
This composition displays figure ground relationship and gray scale values. The gray scale values give the effect of a shadow over the composition, going down the diagonal. This puts more emphasis on one area and softens the other. this gives interest to the composition, as now there are seemingly two halves that are divided by the value.
